Meet/Exceed Monthly quota goals 
Generates and develops new business. 
Understand the client’s compelling reason to buy 
Prepare and present your point of view around a customized client solution, with confidence, to diverse customer base in a competitive landscape 
Maintains and nurtures existing business relationships. 
Manage the full sales cycle for our products and services 
Uncover client’s decision making process, while maintaining skillful tactics to get through gatekeepers with reliable follow through 
Prepare quotes and negotiate when appropriate 
Demonstrate sense of urgency 
Fully understands all product offerings, and can effectively communicate the benefits of these products to our customers. 

Experience and Skills:

Our sales professionals need to:

  • Have successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota
  • Be self-starters and proactive.
  • Be committed to excellence and high standards.
  • Be solution oriented through needs assessment and problem solving
  • Be creative, flexible, and innovative team players.  
  • Be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Have problem resolution and consultative sales skills.
  • Understand basic technology tools used in sales.
  • Have experience with a CRM tool
  • Have proven achievement of quotas for at least three years


Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent with three to five years of industry or sales experience
