The Ascentium Capital Sales team is looking for an Independent
Software Vendor (ISV) Partner Sales Manager. In this role, you will be
responsible for driving our ISV sales strategy within the US and
Canada. As an ISV Partner Sales Manager, your goal will be to
implement Ascentium Capital lease/ rental programs which will allow
our ISV partners to recognize upfront revenue. ISV partners are
challenged to grow revenue while gaining market share in a monthly
fee-based industry. You will be required to implement our programs,
remove technical and business roadblocks as ISVs bring their products
to market. We expect you to interact with senior business decision
makers and executives, key product and field associates from our
partners. Your success will be defined by how well your partners adopt
Ascentium Capital’s Financial marketplace which includes leasing,
rental products, MCA product and short-term loan products.

Primary job responsibilities
*Develop and carry out Ascentium Capital ISV strategy and business
plan, including sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies,
lease/rental programs, and offerings
*Build and maintain executive relationships with select leaders of
named ISVs and other key ISV partners; manage executive meeting
frequency, i.e. quarterly business reviews (QBRs), etc.
*Handle and facilitate partner enablement (APIs) and build
measurement systems to consistently track results and progress
*Work with the Ascentium Management team to understand and support
the overall strategy and goals
*Represent Ascentium Capital and the ISV business as a spokesperson,
subject matter expert, and presenter at all external industry events
*Serve as the escalation point to help resolve field conflicts using
network of key contacts within both companies as well as knowledge of
*Obtain critical consensus for Ascentium Capital by positioning,
educating, and marketing Ascentium Capital's value proposition across
ISV partnerships with both traditional solutions and emerging
technologies for select ISV offerings.
*Lead the development and communication of the partnership
performance analysis (financial performance, key metrics, and related insights)
